What happens next?
The details will be submitted to us. If there is availability for your dates we will reserve the apartment for you and the apartment is available, we will charge the deposit, and book the apartment, emailing to confirm.

* Please email us a copy of your transfer confirmation ASAP, as bookings will only be held for 24 hours. Sometimes money transfers can take up to 3 business days to be received, therefore it is important to send us your deposit transfer as soon as it is done, otherwise we may need to release the booked dates in the absence of this confirmation, if the 24hour booking hold period expires. The balance of the booking fee for the whole period booked is payable in cash upon arrival to your greeter at check-in to the property.”

Cancellation Policy
Before making your reservation, please read the following carefully. Once your booking has been made and confirmed by Sitges On The Beach, it will be understood that you have fully accepted the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy as set out below.

1. The 30% deposit required to confirm your booking is non-refundable.
2. No refunds are made for early departures. Guests will be charged for the total number of nights reserved, without exception.
3. Cancellations with no further charge than the 30% non-refundable deposit will only be accepted if we are given notice of not less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival.
4. In the event that any cancellation is made in less than the 30 day period of notice referred to in point 3 above, Sitges On The Beach is authorised and entitled to charge the full amount for the total number of nights reserved.
5. All cancellations must be made either by email or by a direct, personal conversation with the management.

Sitges On The Beach wishes to remind all guests that it strictly adheres to this Cancellation Policy and is unable to make any exceptions.

Additional Booking Conditions
In addition to our regular T&C's, these conditions are specific to this accommodation.
Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or less before the start date of the booking, or for no-shows, the full outstanding balance of the booking will be charged.

If paying the balance by credit card you will be required to produce the card at arrival and sign an authorisation form. Credit card payments for the balance are subject to a 3% card processing fee.
